Whether you have experience in limousine services, event transportation, or other service-based industries- if you're passionate about operational excellence and customer service — we might want to meet you! What You'll Do: Coordinate individual and group reservations for luxury transportation. Monitor trips in real-time and manage upcoming same-day operations. Match clients with chauffeurs based on skill, personality, and trip requirements. Assign vehicles according to client needs and fleet availability. Respond swiftly to unexpected changes like flight delays or traffic disruptions. Communicate clearly with chauffeurs to ensure they understand and exceed our VIP client expectations. Track trip status and chauffeur timeliness to ensure a flawless client experience. Provide top-tier support to both clients and chauffeurs. Assist with phone support, data entry, and operational reporting as needed. What We Want: An excellent multi-tasker who can flourish in a fluid, fast-paced, energetic environment. Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating various technology platforms.
