Engage and network within your community and organizations to expand your brand. Work with families and professionals to establish and implement financial strategies to achieve and protect their goals. Educate clients with the resources and solutions to help prepare for unexpected life events/circumstances. Be active in the community, networking to build and expand your personal brand. Work with business owners to implement strategies for tax diversification, employee retention, and succession planning. Earn financial designations through our practice module program with the American College of Financial Services and our scholarships. Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional. Build a network of centers of influence and referral partners. Qualifications Uncompromising integrity. Results driven. Track record of growth and success. Strong communication skills. Strong history of business development. Ability to originate and nurture leads. Ability to successfully develop centers of influence. Sales experience is strongly preferred. Valid life and health license, preferred. Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/65 or 66, preferred. Determination and drive are a must. Ability to apply processes and make decisions.
