We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our team!

Mortgage brokers have now captured over 22% of the current market share. The biggest lenders in the industry literally battle to be #1 and the broker gets all the benefits.
We are a local Mortgage brokerage that has been in the business for over 20 years. We have aggressive marketing campaigns, and we are looking for experienced loan officers to help. We provide leads to help you generate business and grow with us. If you are currently working for a retail mortgage company, you are missing out of the opportunity of providing the consumer the best loan options. I can guarantee we can provide the consumer the best rates.
We also have State of the Art technology using best LOS & CRM combo in the market. Full-time in-house operations team to insure your loan closes quickly and painless. We are all about providing the consumer the ultimate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the office Monday - Friday
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop and maintain realtor relationships
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in mortgage origination
- Familiarity with lending guidelines
- Ability to build rapport with clients and referral partners
- Proficient with computer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
