Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level I trauma center in Ohio.

Details

• Inpatient setting supporting the Emergency Room, Operating Room, and Adult ICU
• Level I Trauma Center that is also Stroke Accredited, serving a diverse patient population
• CT scans performed include abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion
• Uses Siemens CT equipment and Epic for charting
• 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Works every third weekend (Friday and Saturday)
• On-call rotation once every 6 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• Active BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Advanced ARRT certification preferred
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment and Epic EMR
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor; second reference may be from a Charge RN; no coworker references accepted
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and on-call

Additional Information

• Perform CT scans across a broad range of anatomical regions in a high-acuity trauma and emergency environment
• Local candidates are accepted
• Former employees of the facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation
• RTO must be requested at time of submission and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
• Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly upon contract signing — candidates outside Ohio should be prepared to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet as quickly as possible upon receipt
