Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)Noble Community Clinics is looking for a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! This position provides direct and indirect nursing care while supporting patient education, care coordination, clinical quality, and continuity of care.The Clinic RN works closely with providers and an interdisciplinary care team to assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide clinical support, and promote positive patient outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.What You’ll DoProvide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies.Perform triage, clinical assessments, medication administration, patient education, and patient message management.Follow up on abnormal lab results, emergency room visits, and other patient care needs.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Coordinate patient care with providers, hospitals, case managers, and other healthcare partners.Support transitional care management and care coordination activities.Assist providers with procedures and minor surgical interventions.Room patients and prepare them for provider visits as needed.Provide education regarding health conditions, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.Support clinical quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.Help ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to LPNs, CMAs, Medical Assistants, and other support staff.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient care processes and outcomes.Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to address patient concerns and de-escalate difficult situations.What We’re Looking ForCurrent Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Outpatient clinic experience preferred; family medicine experience is a plus.3–5 years of nursing experience preferred.Supervisory or leadership experience with an interdisciplinary team preferred.Knowledge of quality improvement programs and clinical process improvement preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with EPIC.Excellent clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.What You’ll ReceiveA mission-driven culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and community impactCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including:20 days PTO (starting day one!)8 paid holidaysMedical, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance401(k) with up to 5% employer matchCompany-paid life insuranceCompany-paid Short- & long-term disabilityWhy Join Noble Community Clinics?At Noble, you’ll be part of a team committed to improving access to quality, integrated healthcare and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.We value:Listen to UnderstandBring Out the Best in PeopleSolve It TogetherFind a Better WayIf you’re an experienced RN who enjoys combining hands-on clinical care with care coordination, patient education, and team collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!Apply today to join Noble Community Clinics!
