We're looking for dependable Automotive General Repair & Lube Technicians who take pride in their work and want the opportunity to build their skills and advance their careers.

This position is a great fit for experienced Lube Technicians, General Repair Technicians, C-Level or B-Level Technicians, and motivated automotive professionals who want to continue developing their mechanical and diagnostic abilities.

You do not need to know everything to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and scheduled maintenance
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, battery, and general repair work
• Perform tire rotations, tire inspections, and other routine services
• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings accurately
• Identify maintenance and repair needs during inspections
• Assist with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
• Use modern tools, equipment, scan tools, and repair information systems
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications
• Assist higher-level technicians with more advanced repairs when needed
• Work with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience performing routine maintenance and general repairs
• Basic understanding of automotive systems
• Ability to perform quality work safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to learn and develop additional skills
• Positive attitude and professional communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Own basic professional tools

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• ASE Certifications
• Brake and suspension repair experience
• Electrical diagnostic experience
• European vehicle experience
• Hybrid/EV experience
• Experience with modern scan tools
• Additional manufacturer training
• Previous dealership or independent repair experience
• Experience performing more advanced repairs
