Dental Marketing Coordinator

Overview Dental Marketing Coordinator - Part Time The Dental Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring our referring offices have a seamless, positive experience. Schedule: Choice of 1-2 days a week depending on need between Mon-Thurs Responsibilities Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation Bring referral cards to any office in need Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily Updates a provided tracker in Excel Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field Strong organization skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Exceptionalverbal and writtencommunication skills Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies andindependently owned supported clinical practicesare proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers. The salary range for this role is $19-$23 per hour.
