Delivery Driver – $22.25/hr | Hiring immediately | Full-time (4 days) or Part-time (2 days) | No CDL needed

Dream Deliveries LLC is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that delivers packages to Amazon customers in Grand Forks. We're hiring Delivery Drivers now, with paid training starting right away.

Compensation & Benefits

$22.25/hour + paid overtime
Annual raises, plus a raise when you're promoted
Paid training and paid time off
Full-time: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement
Referral program
Growth into Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Operations Manager

Schedule

Full-time: 4 days, 32–40 hrs/week | Part-time: 2 days, 16–20 hrs/week
Shifts start at 11:45 AM and run 8–10 hours
One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required each week

Delivery Driver Duties

Safely drive an Amazon-branded delivery van (provided, never your own car)
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery info
Load, unload, and carry packages up to 50 lbs; use stairs and get in and out of the van all shift
Work outdoors in all North Dakota weather

Delivery Driver Requirements

At least 21 years old
Valid driver's license
Eligible to work in the U.S.

Delivery or rideshare experience (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber) is a plus, but new Delivery Drivers are welcome.
