Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. A Line Cook is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

What you'll do:

The Nitty Gritty

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Necessary State Food Handler's License(s).
• Must have valid driver license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Must posses knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer's needs in a timely manner.
