Job Requirements
- RN/LPN active license
- Must have valid CPR BLS card
- Must have a copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest xray or TBQ gold quantifer on blood test results
- Must have level 2 background clearance
- Must be able to provide proof of car insurance
- Must speak English clearly
- Must have good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
