Corporate Housing Specialist

Providing corporate housing assistance to relocating employees and external prospects, the full-time Corporate Housing Specialist will manage customer experiences, resolve maintenance issues, and communicate with relocation counselors while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations, including resolving maintenance issues and scheduling move-out consultations Establish contact with transferees to determine temporary housing needs and set expectations regarding the corporate housing process Maintain communication with the Regional Tenancy Manager to ensure housing options meet employee criteria and respond to any questions or concerns promptly Required qualifications High school degree required Strong customer service experience preferred Ability to multi-task effectively Confidence and decisiveness in decision-making Strong written and oral communication skills
