QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, with experience leading financial operations in a hospitality environment. Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and long-range financial modeling. Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Expertise in Financial Reporting, including management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data, assessing business performance, and supporting strategic decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Experience with ERP and financial software, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with cost accounting in hospitality settings. Ability to work on-site in Sedona, AZ, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
