responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted site, facility, vendor, and sub-contractor audits, as well as complex database and clinical study report audits.
• Provide expert GxP consultation and guidance to cross-functional project teams and external partners.
• Lead process audits and assist in comprehensive system-level quality evaluations.
• Prepare, present, and communicate actionable audit findings and metrics to key operations staff and subject matter experts.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, root cause analysis, and risk assessment initiatives across project teams.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated GxP Quality Assurance auditing experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading project-based, internal GxP, and vendor audits.
• Thorough knowledge of global and regional GxP research regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Strong capabilities in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
• Excellent oral, written, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
