Job Description: Medical Scheduler Location: Plano, TX, 75024 Responsibilities Call patients to schedule a series of appointments Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process Requirements Proven experience as a medical scheduler Detail oriented and organized Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic medical records
