Conduct routine driving and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. A valid driver’s license in the job state is required. You will contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach while supporting a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals entering restricted and controlled areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and contact appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, aircraft areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Document patrol activity, access concerns, and incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
