A national design-build firm is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing Chicago team.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with the company’s in-house architecture, engineering and construction teams.

Projects typically range from $20M to $100M+ across sectors including:

• Commercial
• Hospitality
• Multifamily and residential
• Light industrial
• Mixed-use
• Public and institutional

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience

• Experience with projects valued at $20M+ preferred
