Laborer

Job Summary It’s a very simple job. Our fire suppressant system is down so we just need someone to watch the building for fires. Please let me know if you can assist. They will need their own vehicle to drive around the site. No. They don't have to be security nor have a license for security guard. Part‑time worker needed. Only 1 day/week for 4 hours. It can be changed to a full 8 hours per week or maybe 4 hours on 2 days per week. PPE Requirements Hard hat, steel‑toe boots, safety vest, gloves (optional). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lifting and moving materials Loading and unloading vehicles Digging and refilling holes Mowing grass, trimming Equipment operations Other activities in a helping or assisting mode Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or G.E.D., and zero to four years of previous experience. Preferred: Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and zero to four years of previous experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements: None required. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: None required. Be exposed to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements occasionally. Normal setting for this job is manual labor.
