Como instructor/tutor, trabajará con estudiantes de edades comprendidas entre los 4 años (preescolar) y los 13 años (escuela intermedia). Lo capacitaremos a fondo en el plan de estudios y métodos de Gideon Math & Reading. Nuestro objetivo para cada estudiante es que logre cualquier objetivo escolar que pueda tener, ya sea ponerse al día, mantenerse al día o adelantarse al trabajo de nivel de grado. Resumen del trabajo de tutor de matemáticas y lectura A través de nuestra capacitación, guiará hasta 4 estudiantes a la vez a través del plan de estudios de Gideon mientras ayuda a los estudiantes a desarrollar un enfoque independiente para el aprendizaje. Serás un instructor positivo y paciente para los estudiantes mientras se sientan contigo en una mesa para trabajar con sus folletos asignados previamente. Mantendrás a los estudiantes enfocados y responderá cualquier pregunta que tengan. Responsabilidades del tutor de matemáticas y lectura Manténgase positivo, alentador y profesional con los estudiantes. Califique todo el trabajo realizado por los estudiantes y asegúrese de que se hayan completado las correcciones para que los estudiantes aprendan de sus errores. Responda a las preguntas de los estudiantes y guíelos hacia el aprendizaje independiente con técnicas como: pronunciar palabras, alentar la relectura de la historia o las instrucciones, preguntar qué saben o hacer que usen un diccionario. Introducir nuevos conceptos a los estudiantes. Documentación completa del progreso de los estudiantes y folletos. Supervise a los estudiantes en la mesa para mantenerlos enfocados y promueva un ambiente de aprendizaje productivo al mantener la mesa tranquila y mayormente libre de charlas.
