The unit uses Meditech/CPN as its electronic medical records (EMR) system.Minimum of 1 year of current hospital PCU experienceBLS, ACLS, and NIH certificationsExperience in cardiac carePrior experience with MeditechPost-operative recovery of surgical patients and those from the catheterization labPost-operative orthopedic patients (spine, joint procedures)The unit provides a friendly and collaborative culture, ideal for those who thrive in teamwork-oriented environments. Staff consists of a charge nurse, 4-5 RNs, and 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during day shifts, with similar staffing ratios at night.
