Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) with ARDMS OB/GYN certification and high-risk OB experience for a travel assignment in Louisiana.

Details

• Position is based in a high-risk OB/MFM clinic setting
• Patient ratio of 1:5 on day shifts
• Schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required
• BLS (AHA) preferred
• Prior MFM experience required
• Experience in high-risk fetal medicine strongly preferred
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Perform ultrasound examinations for high-risk obstetric patients in an MFM clinic environment
• This position is located in an area commonly impacted by hurricanes — candidates may be assigned to an emergency response team and expected to remain at the facility or serve on a relief team during a storm or emergency event
• Requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process
• All certifications must be issued through the American Heart Association (AHA)
