They ensure job seekers across the country know about us by building our presence across job sites, professional organizations, and other channels. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.Note - we are looking to hire multiple recruiters across different business groups including admissions, engineering, and operations.ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition processEvaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicableOrganize marketing campaigns on job boards, industry websites, and other applicant-facing channelsMaintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline in an organization fashionDevelop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant poolMeet with interested candidates to introduce them to the Charlie Health model and missionBe creative and identify new ways to bring candidates to their next roles at Charlie Health!Qualifications2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth startup or large organization sourcing for corporate rolesFull-cycle recruiting experience required - ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through closeStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative styleAbility to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externallyStrong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environmentWork authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiencyBenefitsSweve Tech LTD is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Read more about our benefits here.The expected base pay for this role will be between $25.00 and $34.00 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
