The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known family-owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales & Inventory Associate to support daily department operations and provide excellent customer service.

In this role you will maintain product displays, assist with inventory, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40-45 hrs./week | Weekends & Evenings as needed

What You’ll Do

• Manage inventory levels and maintain high standards of merchandising and display
  
• Greet customers, answer product questions and phone inquiries, and assist customers
  
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FEFO guidelines
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
  
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and managing inventory deliveries
  
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and support checkout operations
  
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
• Strong communication, basic math, and teamwork skills
