In-Home NP Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay

Responsibilities Conduct adult/geriatric assessments that include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case‑management referrals, follow‑up, and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols. Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed. Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate. Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians on patient education and follow‑up as necessary. Provide services at the member’s place of residence, which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities. Benefits of Working at Matrix Flexibility Visits are scheduled based on your availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, allowing you to work during the day, evening, and/or weekend. Competitive Pay Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Monthly earnings can range from $1,800 to $11,500, depending on your state and the per‑assessment rate ($90 – $115). Additional Licensure Support to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states. Full‑time Opportunities Prn providers can transition to full‑time roles, receive a sign‑on bonus, and support their home location, state or region. Qualifications Master’s degree or commensurate experience with satisfactory completion of NP licensure. Current NP licensure in state of practice, with prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed. AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty. Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification. One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply. Valid state driver’s license for the state of residence. Automobile insurance coverage required for the state of residence (or ability to obtain). Bodily injury coverage: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident; Property damage coverage: $50,000; Collision and comprehensive deductibles: $1,000 or less. Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
