Contract Details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 48 Start date: ASAP Job Responsibilities Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Work 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
