Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that align with each patient's goals
- Document services accurately and timely to support quality care and continuity
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state practice acts and facility guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to create a seamless therapy experience
- Champion safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facility settings, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in physical therapy evaluation and individualized treatment planning
- Clear, confident communication with patients, families, and healthcare teammates
- Meticulous documentation that keeps records accurate and timely
- Experience supervising physical therapist assistants and rehab techs
- Collaborative mindset for interdisciplinary teamwork and family involvement
- Working knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Adaptability to thrive in new environments and with diverse patient populations
