Director of People & Talent
Addison Group
This role serves as the primary strategic HR partner to General Managers and senior leadership, owning all aspects of people operations including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving both short-term performance and long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related decisions
- Own full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning strategy
- Lead performance management processes and employee relations matters (including investigations)
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership readiness
- Oversee leave administration (FMLA, ADA, LOA) and support benefits strategy
- Manage HR systems, ensure compliance, and identify process improvements
- Use data and insights to guide decisions around retention, performance, and engagement
- Reinforce company culture, values, and leadership accountability across teams
