Description:
We are looking for a talented GUI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible graphical user interfaces for our software products. You will translate user needs and business requirements into polished, functional designs — from initial wireframes through pixel-perfect final assets — while working closely with product managers, UX researchers, and front-end developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications that are intuitive and on-brand
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs
- Build and maintain a scalable design system including components, icons, color palettes, and typography
- Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate usability testing findings into design iterations
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all interface designs
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with GUI design trends and platform guidelines
- Produce and maintain design documentation, style guides, and redlines
- Participate in design critiques and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
- Support A/B testing by designing and delivering design variants for experimentation
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree and 4-7 years experience
