Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLong term ongoing project in Santa Fe, NM area. Looking for local candidates only 1. Job title: Desktop Support Analyst Location: Santa Fe, NM 87509 Shift: 1st shift (7:00 am to 4:00 pm) Pay rate is 30/hr. Job Description Five y ears of experience utilizing the fundamentals of typical computer systems, operating systems, applications, and peripherals, three years of which must have included IT work experience in a user support role; Detailed knowledge of: • Commercially available operating systems and applications used by the agency; • Applications configuration as used for change/problem management; • Principles and practices of a computer system and peripheral devices as needed to monitor a system; • User password security principles and practices. MS Office support experience is key as they ae heavy into MS Office Needs to be customer facing and customer oriented as will be there onsite working with individuals remotely and in person at their desks Handle setting up of laptops and apps Setting up phones (need some experience supporting phones as well – they just migrated to Verizon One Talk Managing computer user profiles Laptop refreshes Imaging Server/ router/ firewall support Working knowledge of:• network domains and login procedures.• web browser capabilities and the difference between intranets and the Internet.General knowledge of: network troubleshooting.\nCompany DescriptionWith almost four decades of experience as a proven industry leader, Acro continues to be consistently recognized among the Best & Brightest Companies to Work for in the United States.
