Project Manager

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $50–$55/hr
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: High possibility of extension or permanent placement

Interview Process

• 2-stage virtual interview
• Second stage includes an Excel test
• 3-minute PowerPoint presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of program/project management experience
• Experience managing external contractors/vendors preferred
• NYC area residency preferred
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, templates, and reports.
• Track project progress, deliverables, metrics, and outcomes.
• Prepare project status updates.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and contractors.
• Support training and development of training materials.
• Provide onsite project implementation support.
• Assist with operational and policy improvements.
• Support budget planning and invoice review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
