Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team caring for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver hands-on therapy under PT supervision to help patients regain mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
