Warehouse Shipping ClerkThermacell is currently seeking a highly capable Warehouse Shipping Clerk with high attention to detail. The person in this role will be responsible for package receiving and shipping within the center. This role will also ensure all items are recorded accurately and efficiently. This role will report to the Warehouse Management Team.Status: Non-ExemptWorking Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm M-F (extended hours during busy season and occasional Saturdays)Work Location: 3157 Buford Highway, Buford, GA 30518Please note: This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future. Candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Generates waves (pick tickets) for picking & ensures posted for pickers as soon as possibleEnsures customer shipping compliance is met. Updates SOP's when requirements changeBooks & generates accurate BOL's for shipments – both within internal TMS (Transportation Management System), as well as routes in various customer portals for collect customersCreate UCC labels and print through SPS Commerce or other portalsQC's orders after picking completed for picking accuracyPhysically preps shipments with placards/carrier pro #'s/BOL's, etc.Physically wraps pallets & UCC label orders when neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/office environmentCommunicates effectively and maintains positive relationships with carriersSends advance shipment notices (ASN's) to Amazon Vendor Central, Menards Portal and SPS CommerceGenerates small parcel shipment labels within customer compliance (FedEx and UPS Orders)Within NetSuite, quickships orders after carrier pickupsCan use RF scan gunMaintain a high level of knowledge in NetSuiteWorks with internal & external seasonal workers to ensure team knows UCC placement requirements, as well as any other prep work needed on shipments to maintain complianceCross-trains team membersComply with internal policies and industry regulationsOther duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate:Lives our core values of Drive, Ownership, Integrity, Teamwork and EvolutionAuthentic and personable, humble, smartRelentless work ethic juiced by results, not titles or activitiesExternally competitive, internally collaborativeHighly resourceful.
