Job Opportunity – Pediatric Float ICU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift with every other weekend required; 2-3:1 patient ratio; holiday rotation (Thanksgiving or Christmas) as needed

Highlights:

• Float position covering multiple ICU units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general care/specialty areas as needed
• Assignment requires floating between 2 campuses
• EPIC electronic medical records system
• Every other weekend requirement with shift make-up policy for any missed days
• Nicotine-free facility with drug screening required
• Flu vaccine mandatory with no exemptions permitted

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CICU and NICU, in addition to PICU experience
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Compliance with nicotine-free and flu vaccine policies
