Senior Technical Program Manager, Devices Software and Services

If so, we want to talk to you.The Devices Software and Services (DS2) team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, highly visible programs that span every Devices product line and demand cross-org influence at the executive level. These programs are Memory Optimization and Peak Readiness. Memory Optimization reduces memory consumption across Devices fleets through code optimization, JVM tuning, instance-family migration, and rightsizing, using AI to surface candidates from fleet telemetry and accelerate the analysis-to-action cycle. Peak Readiness is the cross-Devices Q4 Peak program covering service scaling, resiliency testing, operational readiness campaigns, and coordinated game days across hundreds of services, using AI to scale beyond manual coordination and automate execution.DS2 owns the platform layer beneath every Kindle, Echo, Fire TV, and Fire Tablet sold worldwide. We own device identity, registration, OTA updates, telemetry, cloud-to-device messaging, and lifecycle management for hundreds of millions of devices. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
