For more information, visit us at DescriptionJOB DETAILS Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pmDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass unitsMay support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windowsPerform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routersUnderstand and carry out verbal instructionsRead and carry out simple written instructionsRead work orders, labels, and schedulesUse a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defectsMake fraction and decimal conversionsOperate any equipment needed to perform a jobPerform other duties as assignedProvide on-the-job training to new employeesQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age to apply.Must be authorized to work in the US.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.Preferably with experience in manufacturing.Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.Additional InformationSite Address: 2549 Innovation Drive, Marion, Ohio, 43302 Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
