Restaurant General Manager

SSP is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our on-site food service location supporting telecommunications teams. You will oversee front- and back-of-house, ensure exceptional service for crews and visitors, and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Partner with operations leadership to align offerings with project schedules, manage inventory and vendor relationships, control labor and food costs, and analyze sales. Lead, train, and schedule staff, promote a safety-first culture, and ensure consistent, reliable service for mission-critical field and office teams.
