What You'll Do:  

• Lead and oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents
• Manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance development
• Coordinate staffing, caseload distribution, and daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Partner with clinical staff to assess resident needs and ensure appropriate care plans are implemented
• Develop and deliver training programs that promote professional growth and clinical excellence
• Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Manage departmental resources, budgets, and equipment to maximize efficiency and support resident care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, ethical, and organizational standards

What You'll Need:  
Required:

• Graduate of accredited Therapy Program
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey 
• 3-5 years of related experience
