We are seeking a Certification Specialist to join our Support Center team in Syracuse, New York who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and thrives within a deadline driven schedule. Certification Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move‑ins and recertification's, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
