Mitigation Technician

We are seeking a motivated Mitigation Technician to contribute to our mission of restoring properties and lives affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Key Responsibilities Assist in the remediation and restoration of properties impacted by water, fire, or mold. Operate drying equipment, containment systems, and perform controlled demolition as directed. Document all work activities accurately for project records and reporting. Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Field Supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and needs. Skills And Qualifications Prior experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or related restoration services preferred. Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physical tasks in various environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
