TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Neuro RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74101!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Neuro/Stroke)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Long-Term Assignment (13 Weeks)

• Night Shift
• 36 Hours/Week (3x12s)

  Schedule:

  • Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • On-Call: No
  • Weekend Requirement: Up to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
  • Holiday Requirement: Required based on department needs

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience .
• Neuro/Stroke experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) required.
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License .
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
