This role is critical to maintaining production uptime.The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:Leading and supervising skilled maintenance technicians during second shift operationsEnsuring safety is the top priority; enforcing OSHA, environmental, and site safety standardsSupporting planned and unplanned maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptimeActing as the primary communication link between maintenance and production on second shiftPrioritizing and dispatching maintenance work to support production schedulesDriving improvements in response time, maintenance efficiency, and cost controlPerforming inspections of completed maintenance work to ensure quality and complianceSupporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementationUtilizing the CMMS to document work, maintain accurate equipment records, and track PMsCoaching, training, and developing maintenance technicians and apprenticesCoordinating with vendors and contractors as neededSupporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsRequired:Technical degree or equivalent hands‑on experience7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPrior leadership or supervisory experienceAbility to work and lead effectively on an off‑shift scheduleAuthorization to work in the U.S.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical disciplineExperience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)Welding, machining, and blueprint or schematic reading experienceStrong communication, organization, and team‑building skillsExperience driving uptime, PM compliance, and downtime reduction
