Job Summary The LPN II implements nursing care for assigned patients. The LPN II assists the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care. The LPN II utilizes advanced skills in patient care after education and training. Job Description Department: Urgent Care Center_VNA Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or otherwise meeting the educational requirements as outlined by the Florida Board of Nursing. Thirty (30) hour IV certification. Basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications. Required Licenses and Certifications BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR FL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred Licenses and Certifications Flexibility to work at all 7 urgent care locations. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; shifts may vary from 8 to 12 hours.
