This is a hybrid role — roughly half dedicated to CoS responsibilities and the remainder to special projects and Controllership transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile, growth-minded professional who thrives on variety and ambiguity. Because we're scaling quickly, many of our most impactful roles start as fast-paced, cross-functional problem-solving opportunities before finding their longer-term home. If you're energized by building things from scratch, navigating competing priorities across teams, and evolving your scope as the organization grows, this role is for you. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to the Controllership leadership team — keeping priorities aligned, operations running smoothly, and key financial and organizational initiatives moving forward. Strong communication skills and a finance or accounting background are essential. Preferred Experience Experience in a multinational public company or highly regulated industry.Familiarity with financial transformation, digital finance tools, and automation initiatives.Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and workflow automation.Comfortable navigating dynamic, matrixed environments and engaging confidently with executive stakeholders.
