Construction Quality Control (QC) Manager

Location: Cape Cod, Massachusetts
Project: Space Force microgrid upgrade
Project Duration: Four years

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager for a $130 million, four-year microgrid upgrade project in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The QC Manager will oversee construction quality and verify that work meets contract requirements, plans, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality control activities across the project’s major construction trades.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate quality control records.
• Identify deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify resolution.
• Work with project leadership and subcontractors to address quality issues.
• Monitor work and materials for compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Apply knowledge of EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of combined construction experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
• Experience on construction contracts of similar size and type involving the major trades included in this project.
• At least two years of experience as a QC Manager.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
• Experience with hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
