Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in the San Francisco, California area. This position involves providing therapy services at two post-acute care locations with a flexible schedule. The therapist will be notified of the specific site a few days in advance based on operational needs.
Job Details:
- Position: Physical Therapist SNF
- Location: San Francisco, California
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 2 years of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in long-term care settings is preferred
- Additional Information: Therapist will split time between two post-acute care locations. Scheduling will be communicated a few days in advance, and efforts will be made to provide as much notice as possible.
