About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable Local CDL B Box Truck Driver to support delivery operations in Nashville, Tennessee. This position offers steady local work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $24.50 per hour, plus overtime and benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: 6:00–7:00 a.m.
Hours per week: 40
Start date: September 11, 2026
Home time: Daily

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Freight: Cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals
Equipment: Box truck
Handling: Touch freight with light-touch handling
Endorsement: Hazmat endorsement required
Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck on local delivery routes.
Transport cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL Class B license.
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Valid Hazmat endorsement.
Electronic logging device experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
