Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer/Laborer to assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, operating hand and power tools, and performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fence installation projects from start to finish.
- Dig post holes using hand tools and power equipment.
- Set fence posts and pour concrete foundations.
- Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and ornamental fencing.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform fence repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
