Manage and coordinate with our kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and implement food service policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination and illness. Collaborate with our dietary team to provide special meals and accommodations for patients with dietary restrictions. Coordinate with our nursing staff to ensure that patients' nutritional needs are met. Manage food inventory, supplies, and budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service. Requirements: 0+ years of experience in food service management or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
