Description We are currently seeking MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Pediatric Anesthesiology. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia to pediatric patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Evaluate patients' medical history and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Manage post-operative pain and provide pain relief strategies for pediatric patients. Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as necessary. Stay updated on advancements in pediatric anesthesiology and incorporate best practices into clinical care. Participate in educational activities and training programs for medical students and residents. Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesiology. Valid state medical license and DEA registration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Commitment to providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families. Willingness to participate in on-call duties and work flexible hours as needed.
