Production Associate

The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring that all quality standards are met. This role is crucial for meeting daily production goals and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing process. The associate will be responsible for boxing, palletizing, lifting up to 35 pounds, sorting, and bagging products. Adherence to all safety guidelines and efficient collaboration with the production team are essential.

Responsibilities

• One year of production experience.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Experience with production, forklift, general production, packaging, assembly, and inspection.

Employees with perfect attendance over six months can enter a drawing to receive bonuses of $10K, $5K, or $3K. Additionally, after six months of perfect attendance, employees receive a $300 bonus. There are opportunities for promotion to work coach or management positions and the possibility to become a direct employee after three months.

Work Environment

The work environment requires the ability to work with hay or grass, so no grass allergies are allowed. The schedule includes Monday through Thursday shifts of 4-10 hours. The first shift is from 6 am to 4 pm, and the second shift is from 4 pm to 2 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
