ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Beau Dailey - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging in conversations.
  • Basic computer skills.
