- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable engaging in conversations.
- Basic computer skills.
